How to Proceed in Premises Liability Cases?
Premises liability means that there is a dangerous condition on a property which caused someone to fall. This requires extensive investigation to determine what can and what can no be done. In premises liability cases it is very important that you contact an attorney immediately, that pictures are taken to document the dangerous conditions that may be on the property, for example in a sidewalk fall, with a raised sidewalk you want to document that there was a raised sidewalk and someone is going to have a ruler to show what the gap was in there. This may be a situation where that sidewalk may be repaired soon thereafter and if it is repaired we do not have a way to document what the gap was. That is why is so important to speak with a personal injury attorney right after a premises liability fall.
