Generations of leadership

Elizabeth Uliano
Giblin, Esq.

Elizabeth Uliano Giblin joined the Law Firm of Chamlin, Uliano & Walsh in 2015 and currently serves as Of Counsel to the firm.

In her role, Ms. Giblin consults on civil litigation matters, including personal injury cases and matters involving the representation of police officers, municipalities, and municipal employees in alleged civil rights violations. In addition to her legal work, she plays an active role in the firm’s operations, helping to develop and implement systems, procedures, and strategies that support the firm’s continued growth, client service, and day-to-day efficiency.

Ms. Giblin graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and received her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014.

During law school, Ms. Giblin gained invaluable practical experience working at the firm as a Law Clerk. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dennis R. O’Brien, J.S.C., from 2014 to 2015.

Ms. Giblin has devoted a significant portion of her life to community service, volunteering as an Emergency Medical Technician since 2005. She is a Life Member of Little Silver EMS, where she has held the roles of EMS Chief and EMS President. In recognition of her dedication, she received the agency’s Cadet of the Year Award in 2006 and EMT of the Year Award in 2011. Over the course of her EMS career, she has earned numerous life-saving unit citations, including commendations for her efforts during Superstorm Sandy. In addition to her EMS work, Ms. Giblin currently serves as a councilwoman for the Borough of Little Silver.

Ms. Giblin is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County, where she lives with her husband and four children. Outside of her professional and community roles, she is in the full and busy season of raising a young family. She enjoys life at the Shore, whether that means time at the beach, taking walks, watching baseball or football, going out to dinner, or finding a quiet moment with a good book. She also enjoys writing and is currently working on her first novel.

“What I love most about this firm is that it has always felt personal. We are rooted in this community, we know the people we serve, and we understand that behind every case is a person, a family, and a story that matters.”
