The Monmouth Bar Association Officers were installed on May 21st
At Chamlin Uliano & Walsh we are happy to share with our clients and the community that Partner, James J. Uliano, Esq. was installed as the 2020-2021 Secretary of the Monmouth Bar Association. Because of the current situation with the Coronavirus and its restrictions the swearing-in took place on the steps of the County Courthouse on May 21st, and was broadcasted virtually so that members of the bar and community could watch and follow the entire ceremony.
Serving the Firm and the community since 2008
Attorney Juliano, joined the Chamlin Uliano & Walsh firm in 2008, since then, he has been practicing in the Litigation Department handling Criminal Law matters in Municipal Court as well as Superior Court. Mr. Uliano is also involved in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigation, Labor Law, and Estate Litigation.
Mr. Uliano graduated from Fairfield University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and received his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Uliano served a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson, the Assignment Judge of the Monmouth Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey from 2007-2008.
The Monmouth Bar Association
As an active part of the Monmouth Bar Association, Mr. Uliano will have the opportunity to keep investing part of his time in helping others and using his experienced to improve people´s lives which is one of his personal goals. He will also be able to oversee the proper regulation of the legal profession, while serving their members as doing so.
Mr. Uliano has served as a panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Convention and has been a speaker on numerous occasions. His extensive knowledge and experience have resulted in multiple selections as a presenter/speaker for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), where attorneys are required to obtain yearly education credits to maintain a practicing status in the state of New Jersey.
The Monmouth Bar Association’s purpose and objective “shall be to promote the administration of justice and uniformity of legislation and judicial decision throughout the County of Monmouth and the State of New Jersey; uphold the honor of the profession of the law, encourage cordial association among the members of the Bar in the County of Monmouth; coordinate the activities of the members of the Bar in the County on a representative basis in the interest of the legal profession and of the public throughout the County and the State; and advance the honor welfare, service, and enjoyment of the members of the Bar.”
Along with our attorney, other members also were installed and now have a leading role in The Monmouth Bar Association. The Officers that join the bar this year, and the rest of the members are:
