The Season of Giving: A Time to Make a Difference

“As the holidays approach, we’re reminded that this is the season of giving—a time to reflect on what we’re grateful for and to extend a helping hand to those in need. For many, the holidays bring joy, but for others, they can be a challenging time. This is our opportunity to come together as a community and make a positive impact… – By: J.J. Uliano, Esq.

Holiday Shopping Hazards: Premises Liability in New Jersey Stores and Malls

The holiday season is in full swing, and shopping centers across New Jersey are bustling with activity. From packed parking lots to crowded aisles, the risks of injury rise during this time of year. While holiday shopping should be a joyful experience, it’s important to be aware of potential hazards that can lead to serious injuries.

Common dangers include slipping on wet floors, tripping over misplaced items, or even being struck by falling merchandise. If you’re injured while shopping, it’s crucial to understand your legal rights under New Jersey’s premises liability laws, frequent holiday shopping accidents and resulting injuries, what to do if you have been injured during holiday shopping in order to strengthen your claim, and the legal avenues that may be pursued to obtain compensation. We cover these essentials and more in our latest newsletter, which you can view by following the link at the bottom of this page.

Don’t Let an Injury Ruin Your Holidays. If you think you have a claim do not wait to contact an attorney!
